Time is Flying

I can come up with a bunch of excuses for missing a few months blogging but the fact is that time flies faster than I do. A few memories I wouldn't want to forget.

Geral was so excited to dress like a pirate for school. She was insistent about the eye patch. We couldn't find one in our costume box so we made a special trip to the store so she could feel like the real thing.

Yo ho, ho! It's a pirate's life for me.

 After weeks and weeks of nursing along a couple of really wiggly teeth and driving the whole family crazy with them, they finally came out. It has been a relief to leave the snuggle tooth stage which really grosses her mother out.

First one fell out.

And then the other.

For a long time Rachel has been planning to make a skirt during spring break. She felt that it was time for her to learn to sew with the sewing machine. We had a good friend over so they could learn together and the result was three cute girls in skirts they made themselves.

Geral had a birthday and Steven had a birthday. But the cute birthday pic goes to Geral. Purple Sock Monkey (both description and name) was given to her by her friend from preschool. It was love at first sight.
