This evening Rachel asked me if she could take a blanket outside to lie on so she and Geral could watch the clouds and see the stars come out. I helped her find one and the little girls went outside to look at the clouds. They were dressed in t-shirts and skirts and were barefoot. They soon realized that temps in the mid-30's are not t-shirt and barefoot weather. They came in, dressed in scarves, mittens, hats and coats and went back out. They were excited to see the first star of the night appear.
