This was an extraordinary chocolate making session. With wife, daughter and grand daughters helping it was so much fun. We worked hard, did the work in stages, and got anyone involved who wanted to be. Sarah was great at using the putty knife to knead the fondant on the marble slab. Geral is an expert fondant center roller. Her experience with play dough really paid off. She was great at helping to fill the boxes as well. The beaters and spatulas were all precleaned by Gerals tongue before Onalee did the final wash and rinse. Imogene was so happy to hear that her gift to each family member was all ready and will be personally delivered to her before Christmas so she can hand them out.
